This Website is owned and operated by Kaye Davis, Photographic Artist. All content, including and without limitation, the text, photographs (images), graphics, and copyright work, will remain my exclusive property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. I am also the exclusive owner of all rights in the content, compilation, design, and layout of this Website.
All content, artwork, and products on this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. By visiting, accessing, using, browsing, or purchasing products and/or services from this website you agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase.
PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Kaye Davis reserves the right to change the pricing of products and/or services on the website at any time and without notice. In addition, I reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service and/or product at any time without notice. I shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of these.
Certain products and/or services may be offered in limited quantities, or available exclusively online through this website.
Every effort has been made to display, describe, and represent the products and/or services on this website as accurately and as true to likeness as possible. I am unable to guarantee that your viewing device will display items completely accurately to the actual product(s) on offer. Some slight variances in colour and finish may occur based on your viewing device. If you have any concerns about this please get in touch before ordering.
You agree to pay the purchase price, and any applicable shipping or insurance costs, specified on this website at the time you place an order for any products or services selected by you. All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
All giclée fine art prints (mini prints, limited editions, and open editions) are custom-printed to order. Please allow 5-10 days from payment to when your order is dispatched. If there are any delays, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
• All orders will delivered to the delivery address specified by you in your order. I am unable to take responsibility for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels.
• Fine art prints are supplied as loose (unframed) prints and securely shipped in either a protective tube or flat packaging
• Greeting cards are shipped in secure flat packaging
New Zealand & Australia Shipping:
FREE tracked delivery throughout New Zealand and Australia on all fine art prints and greeting cards.
Worldwide Shipping:
NZ$40 flat-rate tracked delivery to all countries outside of New Zealand and Australia.
Framed Artwork (where applicable):
• Framed artwork is professionally packaged by experienced experts and is insured for damage or loss while in transit from my home or studio to your delivery address. The amount insured is up to the value of the artwork. The art’s value is the amount you paid for it excluding any freight, duties, or taxes.
• A delivery charge applies to all framed artwork that covers the packaging and insurance.
I will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels, customs duties or taxes, or any other charges that may be assessed on your order when it arrives.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All item(s) will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.
RETURNS
No refunds or exchanges are available if you simply change your mind about a purchased product. However, it is important to me that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Please notify me within 5 days of receiving your item(s) if you have any concerns.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (and where possible packaging), along with proof of purchase. Return postage (including International returns) is your responsibility and I will not be responsible for any missing or damaged items being returned. I strongly recommend packing them carefully and using a tracked service for their return.
An exchange, credit, or refund, will be processed (minus original shipping costs, if any) within 7-10 business days of the item(s) being returned.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CREDITS
Refunds, exchanges, or credits are determined on a case-by-case basis.
DAMAGED GOODS
Products are packed with care and attention, to ensure the item(s) you purchase arrive in the best possible condition. In the unlikely event an item(s) arrives damaged, please email within 5 days of receiving the goods, so I can arrange to have the item(s) returned and a replacement sent. There will be no charge for the cost of a return in this instance. When emailing, please provide:
• Your order number and information on the damaged item(s);
• Photographs showing the damaged item(s) and packaging (please save the original packaging).
MISSING PRODUCTS
Please email me within 5 days of receiving your item(s) with your order number and the error. I’ll work quickly to correct the mistake.
PROMOTIONS
Items already purchased, or on order, are not eligible for promotional pricing, when this occurs. Promotional items can be returned for a credit voucher.
For any promotion that requires you to spend a minimum amount to obtain the promotion, your order must remain above this minimum spend even after any returns are processed. If you are returning items that will drop your order total below the minimum spend the promotional pricing will no longer apply and you will be charged and required to pay the balance to meet the full price for all items kept.
