Grounded in Geometry
‘Grounded by Geometry’ is a capture taken of a long rocky jetty extending out into the ocean. The path along the jetty isn’t visible presenting a bit of an enigma with the lone street light rising out of the rocks.
A minimalist exploration of form and space, the subtle triangle conveys a sense of stability and balance, highlighting the interplay between the man-made structure and the organic world; reminding us of the grounding effect geometry has on our perception of space.
